TEDxWellington presentation by Jo Cribb
Jo's talk focuses on how we often wait for someone else to 'fix' our social problems. We often feel overwhelmed by the scale of issues so we are paralyzed or think that we have no power to change things. We often don't know what to do, what practical actions to take.
But small actions - like asking your employer to reveal the gender pay gap of their organisation - en mass will generate change.
A few moments of 'micro volunteering' is what will drive change.
